British seamstress Claire Moynihan lives in the countryside of Hertfordshire, in England. By using her hands, she creates original and highly unusual sculptures of insects and snails from felt. Besides the basics of felt, Claire Moynihan uses a three-dimensional embroidery technique inspired by stumpwork embroidery. Claire Moynihan received an English education from the Academy of Arts.
