T-code for table maintenance generator

Introduction:

We can create the transaction code for the table maintenance generator.

Let’s say we have created the table maintenance generator for the table ZDEPT_CODES and now we want to create transaction code for the same.

Here are the steps.

Steps:

1.     Go to transaction code SE93, enter the transaction code name and click create.

2.     Enter the short text; select the radio button “Transaction with parameters (parameter transaction)” and click continue.

3.     Below screen will appear.

4.     Do changes as below and save the transaction.

5.     Below screen will appear. Enter the package and click the save.

6.     Below window will appear to add the transport request. Enter the appropriate TR and save it.

7.     Below message will appear at the status bar.

Output:

Go to the transaction ZDEPT_CODES. Using New entries button, maintain the table entries.
